TOWN BARN

Town Barn is a converted stone barn with living accommodation on the first floor. The barn has been designed to offer either 2, 4 or 5 person occupation and can be adapted from the following accommodation:-

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with colour television and bathroom including shower and an L shaped hallway leading to stairs which rise into a large open plan living area comprising kitchen/dining/sitting room with double sofa bed.

The kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge, toaster, electric kettle. Ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery is available for up to 8 people.

The Barn is fully furnished to a very high standard. The living area which has tall sloping ceilings with exposed roof timbers, provides ample comfortable seating, colour television/video/library and electric woodburner effect fire at one end and table and chairs for dining in the kitchen area.

On the first floor is a separate twin bedded room with colour television and bathroom including shower.

All rooms are carpeted throughout and the kitchen/dining area has a vinyl floor finish. The barn is electrically centrally heated.

A private small south facing walled garden is accessed from the downstairs bedroom. There is private parking for one or two cars nearby. A small paddock nearby is available for amenity use.
